We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and project details submitted via the contact form. We also collect usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site.
3. Purposes & Legal Basis
We process personal data for: (a) responding to your inquiries — based on your consent under Section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law (PPL), 5741-1981; (b) improving our website and services — based on our legitimate interest; (c) complying with legal obligations under Israeli law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase (database hosting, EU/US), Vercel (website hosting, US), and analytics tools. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until the purpose of processing is fulfilled. Analytics data is retained in anonymized or aggregated form. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Israel, including the United States and European Union. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.
